An Attorney at Law from the University of Guadalajara, has taken Foreign Commerce and Taxes certification courses from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).
Between 1986 and 1992 she labored in several positions in the Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público (Mexico’s Internal Revenue Service), such as (Dictaminador Fiscal), Tax Advisor, Head of Administrative Resources, Head of the Customs Room Section and Technical Subdirector of the West Tax Regional Administration.
For 9 years she was the Local Legal Administrator in Puerto Vallarta, under the Tax Administration Service (SAT), an uncentralized organ of the Mexican Internal Revenue Service.
She became a Tax-Related Legal Indulgence (Amparo Fiscal) teacher in the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara’s Taxes Master Degree in 1992, and has also given conferences in several universities and institutions.
At the moment it comprises Cadena Asociados, group of consulting tax lawyers that serve corporative legal to national and foreign companies with specialty in fiscal defense.
